Caroline Wiltshire is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 15 years of psychiatric nursing experience. She received her Master of Science in Nursing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has worked across hospital systems, behavioral health centers, and community-based programs, providing care to individuals across the lifespan.

Caroline takes an integrative, holistic, tailored approach to mental health treatment, offering comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, college and graduate mental health, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), maternal mental health, women’s issues, stress management, insomnia & sleep issues. At the heart of Caroline’s delivery model is an approach to treatment that focuses on an individual’s strength in combination with therapy and pharmacological interventions to ensure the very best treatment outcome. With her deep understanding of psychopharmacology and evidence-based therapies, Caroline strives to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care that fosters healing, resilience, and long-term wellness. She is also heavily involved in dedicating herself to delivering timely mental health care to U.S Veterans and First Responders.
